Bucket Mouse Trap

Unique design. This trap was designed with the intent to be used in a catch and release style, but it is optional to fill the bucket up with water to make the trap lethal (bucket is NOT included). You can spread peanut butter in the tunnel of the mousetrap, and the mouse will follow the smell into the tunnel, and fall back into the bucket without getting the peanut butter.

Cleaner than ever. No more need to discard dirty mice with glue or traps, which can infect with a deadly disease. Now, just release/dispose of the mice without having to go anywhere near the mess.

Easy to use. All you have to do is clip it into a standard size 5-gallon bucket and use it to catch rats and mice. No longer handle single-use traps, which are often ineffective and unhygienic.

Family friendly. Stop purchasing traditional mouse traps which can harm your family, pet or your children. Our mouse trap is 100% safe.

I put two buckets out and in 2 days I have caught 15 mice. Can't wait to see how many more. Normally we use mouse traps and only get one or two a week.
Caught five mice first day. Great, baited with chunky peanut butter.
Saw these traps being used on several different youtube channels and are well recommended.
Overall, these are good traps for catching small rodents outside. I was getting Chipmunks, field mice, in the occasional score with these all summer. There were two minor modifications that helped make these even better though.
they helped me solve my mouse problem, and this style trap offers lots of advantages/options - like live trap or kill (with water).
Cheaper than poison baits taking hours to die vs. a couple of minutes to drown and less cruel
Works well sure beats setting snap traps.
It catches mice quickly. But if you dont want to put water in the bucket to drown them (I dont), you have to get to the bucket quickly or they are able to jump out.
If your goal is to get rid of mice in your shop your garage or your home this bucket top trap is superb.
I had a mouse get into my spare room while the wall was open for renovations. The trap caught it the first night! Drove it away from the house n dumped it out. Was concerned when i never caught anymore because I assumed mice always come in numbers but never saw any further evidence either so i guess there was only the one.
I went crazy when I found droppings in the kitchen. I baited traps, set out pellets, put out glue traps, cleaned and disinfected like a germaphobe but for a week I was outsmarted by a mouse family. I turned to YouTube for advice and saw this contraption racking up numbers in a barn and ordered two. It took only two nights to eliminate my problem.
I have lots of the humane mouse traps and they work fine but this trap is amazing for several reasons. First, the mice are ready for transport to the forest without me having to move them from the trap to a bucket. Second, they have lots of space to move around for whatever time they have to be there and I can leave water and a bed (I know, I'm a softie).
This trap is great and once a catch a mouse or two my dog points to the cabinet under the sink where it's kept. I got 5 mice in one night, my best to date.
Easy to assemble. Solid fit on a 5 gal bucket. The flip lever seems to not be so well balanced. As soon as u place a small amount of food for the mice, it opens up. It's a decent live trap though
Sooo much better than traps! And works great! So simple. I just put about 4 of water in the bucket and some peanut butter on the inside and it catches mice all night! Throw the water and mice out, fill it back up and just let it do all the work! So easy!
It took a few tries to get the bait right, but I caught three chipmunks with this trap.
I put peanut butter and cracked corn on the place they said to. I caught several mice that were eating holes in my bags of grain. I keep my feed in garage so the bears can't get to it. No more mice!
Ive been watching these traps for years, finally ordered one and wish I would have sooner! Works great getting rid of the rodents in my pole building!
It has worked well and trapped a few mice and now I wonder how many more there will be!
I've had a mouse problem that I had not been able to make any headway on. The mice would trip my traps, take the bait and live another day. These little devils even took to eating my wood traps! no kidding. It took seconds to set up and I had caught 4 the 1st knight and another 7 over the next few days. This is the way to go.
This is a great mouse trap. You can set it up in a matter of minutes. I followed the directions and placed the bait as suggested. I did crush up a cookie and sprinkled it on top of the peanut butter and tossed some crumbs on the flipper lid. Caught three mice the first night and averaged two others per night for a total of eleven mice. This was placed in a shed that I store grain in.
This trap is the only way to catch and kill mice...no poisons..no spring traps...just put a dab of peanut butter or bacon on the tip..n plop they fall in the bucket..and this bucket trap is all put together..just set the ladder and some water in your bucket...check it in a couple days..I can't think of a better product. Very glad I now have 3..1in the house, 1in the garage and 1 in the barn...
So we set this up with a a bucket from the garage, smothered the inside of the cover over the flipping part with peanut butter and oatmeal, wiped some peanut butter on the ramp, and left the house for a few hours. To my surprise, we came home to a little mutant mouse in a bucket!
I have caught 40 mice in 2 months. The cats are not keeping up. I have used this with a bucket (not included), a few other live traps, and cats to catch them. This one has only had a mouse escape once.
I set it up in my shed and on the first night caught 9 mice. I baited the ramp with just a bit of peanut butter on a few of the treads and then baited the front part of the lid with peanut butter and seeds. The mice ate the peanut butter off the ladder and I could see some poop and pee on top of the bucket.
We live in country with woods all around us and we dont have mice or rats, but we'll usually see signs of one when it starts to get cold and then we have to pull out the glue boards... then we get to pull them off our boston terrier. I found these cool 5 gallon bucket traps and thought these might be perfect for our situation. I put one I'm my attic and 1 in my storage building.
I thought this was a little hokey, and a bit spendy for what it is (a few pieces of plastic), but it works GREAT. We had an outdoor cat, who died last Dec, and since then, the mouse population in our shed as exploded. They're also getting into the garage.
Noticed numerous mice running around in the chicken coop munching on all the food intended for the chickens. Then noticed chew marks on peppers, tomatoes and eggplant in the fenced in garden next to the chicken coop. Too many mice to set traditional mouse traps ( plus the probable chance of a chicken accidentally stepping on it). Heard of this ingenious contraption and immediately recognized a winner.
Product arrived quickly and was easy to set up. My Mom hates mice & had recently saw a one in her house so I wanted to take care of the problem asap. I baited the trap with some peanut butter and some small pieces of peanuts then placed it outside under the deck where we thought the mice may be coming from. The next day I checked & it had caught 12 mice!
At first I only caught 1-2 mice at a time after baiting the station with peanut butter. Left for a 3 week vacation and found quite a number of mice caught in the trap. Would recommend!
Caught 23 mice the first night. This really works! I live in the country and this is a must have to catch mice easily and effectively.
SET UP AND KEEPS REPEATING, CATCHING MICE, IN BARN ! DO NOT HAVE TO CHECK, AND RE-SET EVERYDAY, LIKE A SINGLE MOUSE TRAP !
